The person behind the practice · Clovis, California

Meet David Quenzer.

I’m David Quenzer, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and founder of Rethink Longevity Physical Therapy, P.C. I created a one-on-one practice for people who have tried to get back to the things they value and still have questions about what may be limiting their movement.

Why I work this way

You shouldn’t have to solve the puzzle before you arrive.

When movement stays difficult, it can be frustrating to wonder whether you need a different exercise, a closer look at another area, or a clearer explanation of what to try next. My role is to listen, assess the movements that matter to you, and explain what I find—including what I can’t yet know.

In my practice, I assess joint, soft-tissue, and movement mobility. When appropriate, I use gentle hands-on care, then immediately retest the movement we chose together. Your response helps guide whether and how I adapt treatment. The person assessing you is the person treating you, and we decide together whether continuing makes sense.

“My own MRI still shows disc herniations from L1 to S1. I continue to train jiu-jitsu, hike, and pick things up from the floor.”

That is my personal experience—not a prediction or promise about anyone else’s outcome. Your situation, goals, and response are individual.
